Ryan & Cassidy Faircloth have been dedicated to real estate investing since 2014. Cassidy balances her career in the pharmaceutical industry, while Ryan manages the day-to-day of their investment portfolio as a full-time general contractor. In 2019, Ryan shifted his focus exclusively to growing their real estate ventures, and in just three years, they’ve expanded their portfolio over tenfold. Their long-term vision is to create a fully passive business that allows them to focus on what they enjoy most by the time their youngest finishes high school—starting with teaming up with like-minded investors to help everyone reach their goals faster.
